Blind Envy Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage:

  • Wholesale components and MTM blinds: 2 years
  • Santa Fe Shutters:
    • Hampton & Nevada (white & cream): 10 years
    • Nevada (grey): 5 years
    • Madison: 2 years (See Santa Fe product specifications for details)
  • Electrical and electronic components: May have extended warranties (check product details)

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Product alterations, misuse, improper installation/cleaning, or exceeding recommended specifications
  • Normal wear and tear, color variations, sun exposure, or exposure to elements
  • Off-site repairs
  • Incidental or consequential damages

What’s Not Covered:

  • Abuse, accidents, alterations, extreme weather, improper care, fading, insects, pets (examples include fabric fraying, color loss, salt air damage)
  • Motor maintenance (battery charging/replacement)
  • Removal/reinstallation issues
  • Measurement/assembly errors or improper installation
  • Shipping costs, removal costs, re-measuring, reinstallation

Additional Notes:

  • Warranty applies from delivery date.
  • Warranty is non-transferable (original purchaser only).
  • Blind Envy reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer alternatives for defective products.
  • Stock availability may affect repairs/replacements.
  • Product specifications are subject to change.
  • Consumers’ statutory rights under UK law are not affected.
